PURPOSE: A pipe connector and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to drastically reduce manufacturing costs by simplifying manufacturing processes and improving manufacturing efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a pipe connector (100) comprises as follows. A base plate is formed by cutting a disk. A support protrusion circle (130) is formed by bending the base plate. The base plate is arranged in between a first mold and a second mold and is pressurized by the second mold. The base plate is bent in a cylinder shape along the circumference of the first mold. The first mold is separated, and both ends of the base plate are mutually connected so that the pipe connector is formed. |
