CONSTITUTION: A display region (AA) is defined on a flexible substrate. The display region forms a pixel part and a circuit part. A pad part (150) is formed around the display region. A deformation prevention part (120) is arranged around the display region. The deformation prevention part includes a material. The rigidity of the material is greater than the rigidity of a flexible substrate.
