PURPOSE: A charcoal fire smoking device is provided to obtain meat which is tender by an indirect heating method and to prevent toxic gas from generating for cooking. CONSTITUTION: A charcoal fire smoking device (100) comprises a smoking casing (10), a rotary roasting member (30), and a charcoal tray (53). The smoke is collected in the upper end of a casing main body formed in a taped shape to easily exhaust the smoke through an exhaust hole and a plurality of casters (15) is formed in the bottom surface. A door is formed to open/close the front surface of the casing main body and includes an observing window (13). The door is opened/closed by a latching unit and a latching piece. A driving sprocket is interlocked with revolving sprockets and a chain. The charcoal tray is attached or detached through one end of a heating chamber (51) by being slid. |
