PURPOSE: Laminating apparatus is provided to prevent contraction of a laminating film caused by excessive pulling force of a coating film while minimizing along with different thermal expansion and contraction ratio in a laminating process by laminating the coating film on the surface of an original film. CONSTITUTION: Laminating apparatus is equipped with an upper heating roller (111) and a lower guide roller which rotate in an interlocking direction by a motor drive source. The laminating apparatus comprises a roller support part (110) which is equipped with a couple of support plates on the left and right which support both ends of each roller shaft of the upper heating roller and the lower guide roller allowing rotation; a coating film roll (130) in which the coating film with a certain length is wound in a scroll to progress loosening being contacted to an outer surface of the upper heating roller; a loop control part which adjusts a loop length of the coating film progressed in a loosening direction while being pulled leaning on the outer surface of the upper heating roller being arranged between the upper heating roller and the coating film roll; and a laminating film roll (150) in which the laminating film laminated being compressed making the original film and the coating film pass through between the lower guide roller and a compressing roller is wound in a scroll type.
