PURPOSE: An apparatus for decreasing vibration on a heavy object is provided to improve shock-resistant by reducing vertical and horizontal vibration being applied to the heavy object. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for decreasing vibration on a heavy object comprises a unit (10) for reducing vertical vibration and a unit (20) for reducing horizontal vibration. The unit for reducing the vertical vibration comprises a rectangular elastic unit (13) connected to a lower part of a control bolt (12). The unit for reducing the vertical vibration comprises a coil spring (13a) inside the rectangular elastic unit in order to reduce the vertical vibration. The unit for reducing the horizontal vibration is connected to an anchor bolt (21), and comprises an anti-vibration rubber (22) connected to an outer side of a through hole (210) in order to reduce the horizontal vibration. The through hole is formed on a lower surface of a frame of the heavy object. One end of the anchor bolt is connected to the through hole, and the other end is fixed to the ground.
