PURPOSE: An antistatic semiconductive resin composition is provided to have superior extrusion processability and excellent physical properties such as a tensile strength while having a surface resistance within a moderate range. CONSTITUTION: An antistatic semiconductive resin composition comprises polyethylene, ethylene vinyl acetate and carbon black. The sum of p+q+r, where p is the weight% of the polyethylene and the q is the weight% of the ethylene vinyl acetate and r is the weight% of the carbon black based on the total weight of the semiconductive resin composition, p is 108-2r - 118-2r q is r-18 - r-11, and r is 21-29.
