PURPOSE: A sensor device is provided to improve the performance of a laser diode by switching a cooling and a preheating function of the laser diode required for distance measurement. CONSTITUTION: A sensor (100) generates a laser for measuring a distance from an object. A heat transfer means (200) transfers heat to the sensor or cools the heat of the sensor by surrounding the sensor in the outer circumferential direction. A thermoelectric element (300) switches a heat absorbing side (310) and a heat discharging side (320) according to a control signal. The thermoelectric element transfers heat to the heat transfer means or cools the heat of the heat transfer means according to a switching state by being bonded to one side of the heat transfer means. A heat discharging plate (400) mounts the thermoelectric element by forming a containing groove (410) and cools a heat discharging surface. |
