PURPOSE: An inside diameter cutting device of a dielectric process heat pipe for withdrawing a heat pipe is provided to cut a heat pipe easily and withdraw the heat pipe to the inside by inserting the cutting device into the inside of the heat pipe and to improve the safety of a worker by enabling a control from the outside in a dangerous working condition like at a nuclear reactor. CONSTITUTION: An inside diameter cutting device(100) of a dielectric process heat pipe for withdrawing a heat pipe includes a body unit(110), a guide head(140), an electrode unit(120), a dielectric fluid supply unit(130), and a slip ring(150). The body unit is formed in order to be inserted into a heat pipe(T) and is rotatable inside of a heat pipe. The guide head is formed in the one end of the body unit and contacts with the inner surface of the heat pipe. The electrode unit is installed in the body unit and performs a dielectric process. The dielectric fluid supply unit is installed in the body unit and supplies a dielectric fluid to the inside of the heat pipe. The slip ring is installed in the body unit and supplies current to the electrode unit. |
