PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DA converter which accurately converts a digital signal to an analog signal, and a radio communication device therewith.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, the DA converter provided for converting an n-bit (n is an integer of two or more) digital signal to an analog current to be output from an output terminal includes n voltage-current conversion sections disposed in association with the respective bits of the digital signal to generate currents in accordance with values of the bits. A k-th (k is an integer of 0 to n-1) voltage-current conversion section has a first switch, a first transistor with an adjustable threshold voltage, and a second switch all connected in a cascade. The first transistor has a semiconductor substrate, a first diffusion region and a second diffusion region, an insulation film, a charge accumulation layer disposed on the insulation film to accumulate an electrical charge, and a gate disposed on the charge accumulation layer. |
