<p>PURPOSE: An advertisement device using an advertising balloon is provided to prevent leakage of helium gas through a multi-cap structure, to prevent folding of a placard and to maximize an advertising effect through a light-emitting function. CONSTITUTION: An advertisement device using an advertising balloon includes an ad-balloon unit(100) having a dual cap structure for preventing internal gas leakage, a placard unit(200) in which an advertisement draft is carved and a placard connection unit(300) connecting the placard unit to the ad-balloon unit.</p> |
