BACKDRAFT DAMPER OF FAN FILTER UNIT AND MATHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A backflow preventive damper of a fan filter unit is provided to reduce the poor manufacturing of an image display device by preventing the backflow of a fan filter unit and controlling the backdraft formation of a clean room. CONSTITUTION: A backflow preventive damper of a fan filter unit comprises a case (21), an air inlet (22), and an opening and closing shutter (30). The case is shaped into a circle or a polygonal box with an inner space, and the bottom of the case is opened. A plurality of air inlets is formed on the top surface of the case and one or more sides of the case. The opening and closing shutter opens or closes each air inlet according to the air flow direction of each air inlet. A bracket is formed inside the case. Each opening and closing shutter includes a sheet, a sheet fastening part, and a fixing member.
