Each first connecting element 22 among them is provided intermittently in a plurality of places in a circumferential direction of one side in an axial direction than the center in the axial direction of an outer race 9 of a rolling bearing 8. Moreover, each second connecting element 23 is provided intermittently in a plurality of places in the circumferential direction of the other side in the axial direction and in a position shifted as much as a half pitch in the circumferential direction to each first connecting element 22. And, by each continuing portion 24, 24, the both ends in the circumferential direction of the first connecting element 22 and the both ends in the circumferential direction of the second connecting element 23 are made to continue in the axial direction.
