PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board with a conducting wire having high reliability of electrical connection and a method of manufacturing the same in a circuit board with an external connection conductor including a heat-resistant conducting wire difficult to be directly connected to the circuit board.SOLUTION: A circuit board 1 with a conducting wire joins a circuit board 10 in which an insulating circuit board 100 provided with a groove part 101 and a conductor layer 20 including a land 200 provided on the periphery of the insulating circuit board 100 and a wiring part 201 connected to the land 200 are formed, together with an external connection conductor 60 which is electrically connected to the outside through a metal piece 50 soldered and fixed to the land 200. A solder resist 30 includes a partial opening part 301 which exposes a part of the land 200 at multiple places and a partial shielding part 302 which shields across the part of the land 200. A solder layer 40 which fixes the land 200 and the metal piece 50 is exposed from the partial opening part 301 and joins the metal piece 50 at a position where the land 200 is divided at multiple places. |
