PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio IC tag capable of easily suppressing a deterioration in communication performance at low cost.SOLUTION: A radio IC tag 1 includes: an antenna 2 composed of a first conductor layer 11 and an opening part 12; an insulation layer 3; and an IC chip 4. A second conductor layer 6 composed of one or more layers is installed at one or a plurality of places on a side opposite from the antenna 2 across the insulation layer 3, partially overlapping a hole 21 (first hole) defined by the first conductor layer 11 and the CI chip 4 viewed in a direction perpendicular to a principal plane 2a of the antenna 2. Further, the peripheral length of a hole 22 (second hole) defined by the first conductor layer 11, the second conductor layer 6 and the IC chip 4 is shorter than the peripheral length of the hole 21 (first hole). |
