PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recycle an inert gas for dilution of carbon dioxide without unnecessary discarding, to produce sodium hydrogen carbonate having consistent particle sizes of crystals and to reduce costs.SOLUTION: Crystallized sodium hydrogen carbonate is produced by blowing, at a predetermined set flow rate, a mixed gas of carbon dioxide and an inert gas mixed in a predetermined mixing ratio into a liquid containing ingredients forming sodium hydrogen carbonate through a reaction with carbon dioxide. A step of recovering the remaining gas of the mixed gas after removal of carbon dioxide consumed by the formation of sodium hydrogen carbonate, a step of preparing the mixed gas of the predetermined mixing ratio and the predetermined set flow rate by replenishing the recovered remaining gas with carbon dioxide and the inert gas and a step of blowing the prepared mixed gas into the liquid are repeated. |
