PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional shaping method by which production efficiency can be enhanced when forming a three-dimensional shaped article using a layered manufacturing method, and to provide a three-dimensional shaped article.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional shaped article body 1 constituted of a three-dimensional shaped portion 10 and a base portion 20 is formed in one body within a powder material 101 laminated on a shaping stage 110 by repeating a process of forming a connected body based on hierarchical data of the three-dimensional shaped article body 1 and a fixed projection 30 in respective powder material layers 11-1 to 11-E, and the fixed projection 30 is formed in a space above a formation region of the base portion 20, the space being not formed with the three-dimensional shaped portion 10, while substantially independent of the three-dimensional shaped article body 1. |
