PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique with which a fluid can be circulated while ensuring a flow rate.SOLUTION: A fluid circulation device includes: a pump chamber which performs a pumping action; an inflow channel; a fluid resistance element which suppresses or blocks a fluid flowing from the pump chamber to the inflow channel; a discharge port; a circulation channel that is a tubular channel in which the fluid is circulated from the discharge port to the inflow channel; and a fluid storage section which is provided on the circulation channel, stores the fluid while the pumping action is stopped, and supplies the stored fluid as a part of the circulating fluid while the pumping action is performed. When a flow rate of the fluid circulating in the circulation channel during the pumping action is defined as Q, channel resistance per unit length of the circulation channel from the fluid storage section to an inflow channel side end portion is defined as R and a suction pressure that is a pressure for the pump chamber to suck the fluid is defined as Pv (Pv>0), the fluid storage section is provided at a position of a length h satisfying a predetermined relational expression from the inflow channel side end portion on the circulation channel. |
