PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to prevent an element from being broken down even if a large signal is input into an integrated circuit including the variable capacitance element the capacitance of which is varied by digital signal control.SOLUTION: An integrated circuit is provided that is characterized in that it comprises b sub-circuits (b is one or a larger integer) which are connected in parallel between a first terminal and a second terminal and have capacitance the amount of which equals to a prescribed unit capacity multiplied by 2, bth sub-circuit comprises the structure in which 2structures each consisting of at least two serially connected capacitors and at least two stacked switching elements are connected in parallel, the at least two stacked switching elements perform switching operation at the same time per sub-circuit, and at least one switching element among the at least two stacked switching elements is provided between the at least two capacitors. |
