PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reflect a difference between an edition outputted to a distribution destination in previous time and an edition to be outputted this time in data to be outputted to the distribution destination.SOLUTION: A database server 40 manages one or a plurality of pieces of data in each edition. A print management server 20 records an edition of data outputted to a distribution destination designated by a client device 10 among the one or the plurality of pieces of data, processes the data to be outputted on the basis of a difference between an edition of the data which is newly outputted to the designated distribution destination and a recorded previous edition of the data outputted to the designated distribution destination, and outputs the data to a printer 30 of the designated distribution destination. |
