PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protection control measurement system with high safety and reliability that does not include a large capacity key storage and uses an information quantitative security technology that enables sharing of a disposable key that a security attacker cannot know.SOLUTION: When main body data 21 for transmission is transmitted, authentication tag generation means 13 generates an authentication tag 23 using the main body data 21 and key data 22 generated by key data generation means, and transmission/reception means 14 generates transmission data 24 by adding the authentication tag 23 to the main body data 21 and transmits the transmission data 24. When reception data 24a is received, the transmission/reception means 14 separates the reception data 24a into main body data 21a and an authentication tag 23a, and the authentication tag generation means 13 generates an authentication tag 23b for comparison. Reception data authentication means 15 determines whether the received authentication tag 23a and the authentication tag 23b for comparison agree with each other. Each time an authentication tag is generated, different key data 22 is used and after determination, the key data 22 used in authentication is deleted. |
