PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alleviate a situation where a specific path is intensively used to transmit/receive packets.SOLUTION: A switch 10 includes a plurality of ports for transmitting/receiving packets. Also, the switch 10 includes FDB where a MAC address of each server 2 and a port for sending out a packet transmitted to the server 2 are associated with each other. When receiving a packet through any of the ports, the switch 10 determines whether a MAC address of a transmission destination of the received packet is stored in the FDB. When not determining that the MAC address is stored, the switch 10 sends out the packet from a port selected from among the ports other than a port, through which the packet is received, in a non-fixed order. |
