PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of acquiring the features and accuracy of an instrument for measuring a distribution of a radioactive isotope.SOLUTION: Measurement image acquisition means 2 acquires a three-dimensional measurement image obtained by measuring a phantom having a required portion filled with a radioactive substance, by a SPECT device. Measurement image Fourier transform means 4 subjects the three-dimensional measurement image to three-dimensional Fourier transform. Actual image acquisition means 6 acquires a three-dimensional actual image of the portion filled with the radioactive substance, of the phantom. Actual image Fourier transform means 8 subjects the three-dimensional actual image to three-dimensional Fourier transform. Error image calculation means 10 divides respective Fourier transform values of the three-dimensional Fourier transformed measurement image by respective corresponding Fourier transform values of the three-dimensional Fourier transformed actual image to obtain a three-dimensional Fourier transformed error image. Point spread function calculation means 12 subjects the three-dimensional Fourier transformed error image to inverse Fourier transform to calculate a point spread function image. Measurement accuracy processing means 14 calculates the measurement accuracy of a measurement instrument on the basis of the point spread function image. |
