PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a development device that allows developer to be separated from a developer recovery member without giving a stress to the developer carried on a surface of the developer recovery member for recovering the developer from the developer carrier, and to provide an image formation device including the development device, and a process cartridge.SOLUTION: A development device 4 comprises: a development roller 42 a surface of which moves endlessly with toner T carried on the surface, and which supplies the toner T to a latent image on a surface of a photoreceptor 2 in a development area α facing the photoreceptor 2 and develops the latent image; a toner reception part 43 that receives the toner T inside; and a supply roller 44 that supplies the toner T in the toner reception part 43 to the surface of the development roller 42. The supply roller 44 functions as a recovery roller that recovers the toner T from the surface of the development roller 42 having passed the development area α, and includes an air pump 446 that generates an air flow to be discharged from the inside of an endless movement surface of the supply roller 44 toward the outside thereof. |
