PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a webbing take-up device in which, when a press insertion member is to be press-inserted into a press inserted member, burrs can be prevented or suppressed from generating.SOLUTION: In a webbing take-up device 10, a press insertion portion 62 of a sleeve 54 provided to a webbing take-up shaft is press-inserted into a press insertion hole of a clutch base 82. Ribs 91 are provided to an inner peripheral face of the press insertion hole, thereby enabling rattling between the sleeve 54 and the clutch base 82 to be suppressed. An end face of each rib 91 on the opposite side to the press insertion direction of the press insertion portion 62 is configured with a sloping face 91A that slopes along the press insertion direction, and the sloping face 91A makes sliding contact with the press insertion portion 62 when the press insertion portion 62 is being press-inserted into the press insertion hole. Burrs due to the press insertion portion 62 being cut by the ribs 91 can be accordingly prevented or suppressed from generated. |
