PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device in which the dynamic range of maximum value and minimum value can be expanded.SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion device includes a plurality of pixels (101) outputting a signal corresponding to incident light, a maximum value detection unit (104) receiving the output signals of the plurality of pixels and outputting the maximum value out of the output signals of the plurality of pixels through a plurality of common drain NMOS transistors based on a first reference potential, and a minimum value detection unit (105) receiving the output signals of the plurality of pixels and outputting the minimum value out of the output signals of the plurality of pixels through a plurality of common drain PMOS transistors based on a second reference potential. |
