摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat quantity sensor capable of highly accurately measuring a heat quantity from a cell in liquid while retaining activity of the cell, and to provide a heat quantity detecting device using the heat quantity sensor, and a method for manufacturing the heat quantity sensor.SOLUTION: A heat quantity sensor 1 comprises: a measuring chamber 2; a side wall 3 disposed adjacent to the measuring chamber 2; a microchannel 4 disposed adjacent to the side wall 3; a beam 5 disposed across the measuring chamber 2, the side wall 3, and the microchannel 4. The beam 5 includes a measuring part floatingly disposed in the measuring chamber 2, a microchannel contact part floatingly disposed in the microchannel 4, and a connection disposed on the side wall 3 for connecting the measuring part to the microchannel contact part. The heat generated in the microchannel 4 is detected as a temperature change in the beam 5.
