PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform injection of a peeling liquid and block formation at the same time when removing an asbestos-containing material sticking on a base material from the base material.SOLUTION: There is provided a removal method for asbestos-containing material including: making cuts 4 in an asbestos-containing material 2 by jetting a high-pressure liquid including a predetermined peeling liquid using a gun 3 until the high-pressure liquid reaches a base material 1; moving the gun 3 longitudinally and laterally on a surface of the asbestos-containing material 2; forming blocks B of predetermined size on the surface of the asbestos-containing material 2 with the made cuts 4; making the peeling liquid permeate a contact surface between the base material 1 and the asbestos-containing material 2 from the made cuts 4; and then inserting a predetermined tool 5 into the made cuts 4 to separate the blocks B from the base material 1. |
