PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a solar cell module manufacturing apparatus in which the crosslink process in resin sealing of a solar cell module can always be carried out uniformly.SOLUTION: The solar cell module manufacturing apparatus includes a hardening section C for hardening the sealing material (103) of a laminate structure (100) laminating a solar cell (102) and the sealing material (103) by heating and cooling, and manufactures a solar cell module by sealing the solar cell (102). The hardening section C includes a plurality of heating chambers 1 each including a temperature sensor (14) for measuring the temperature of each laminate structure (100), a control board 3 as a temperature control section performing temperature control according to the output from the temperature sensor (14), and a heating section (heater (13)) for heating the laminate structure (100) on the basis of the heating conditions output by the control board 3. |
