PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the simultaneous scheduling of a holiday and an air conditioning temperature that efficiently suppresses a peak of an electric power load.SOLUTION: A scheduling device 100 receives a predicted value Dand a predicted value Eof each facility Si. The scheduling device 100 sets first to fifth constraint formulae in a solver 101 as mixed integer programming problems. By providing the predicted value Dand the predicted value Eof each facility Si for the solver 101, the scheduling device 100 defines a logic variable δas a first unknown and an air conditioning temperature tas a second unknown and calculates solutions of the first unknown and the second unknown satisfying the first to fifth constraint formulae. The scheduling device 100 outputs schedules 120-1 to 120-m indicating the logic variable δand the air conditioning temperature tof each facility Si on each due day Kj. |
