PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission side device and a reception side device allowing a transmitter to promptly recognize the state of a receiver and allowing the receiver to promptly recognize a request of the transmitter, and an information transmitter/receiver including the devices.SOLUTION: A transmission side device is connected to a reception side device via a network. The transmission side device includes a message generation section for generating a transmission message with a message for return, a message transmission section for transmitting the message generated by the message generation section, and a message management section for storing the number of times of retransmission upper limit value stipulating an upper limit value of the number of times of retransmission for retransmitting the message to the reception side device. When the number of times of transmission of the same message to the reception side device reaches the number of times of retransmission upper limit value, the transmission side device stops the retransmission to the reception side device. |
