The feature extraction means extracts feature information based on a characteristic portion of the person from the region detected from the image information by the region detection means. The determination means determines, based on a position of the characteristic portion, extraction accuracy indicating whether or not the characteristic portion of the person can be extracted, with respect to the feature information extracted by the feature extraction means. |
