PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable and accurate ranging system capable of maintaining stable synchronization of light emitting timing and light receiving timing without influenced by a peripheral environment.SOLUTION: A controller 22 comprises: a sequencer 30 for regulating light emitting timing of a light emitting part 16 and light receiving timing of a light receiving part 20; a reference clock generating part 28 for generating a reference clock clk to output the reference clock clk to the sequencer 30; a light emitting drive part 32 for driving the light emitting part 16; and a light receiving drive part 34 for driving the light receiving part 20. The sequencer 30 outputs a third light emitting signal Pe3 on the basis of the reference clock clk to the light emitting drive part 32 through a first timing correction part 36A and outputs a third light receiving signal Pr3 on the basis of the reference clock clk to the light receiving drive part 34 through a second timing correction part 36B. |
