PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress reflection from an electric conductive nano-wire electrode layer of a transparent electrode substrate of a display element such as a liquid crystal display.SOLUTION: A display element includes a plurality of stacked transparent electrode substrates on each of which electric conductive nanowires are provided. In at least one of the transparent electrode substrates, the electric conductive nanowires are oriented in one direction within the transparent electrode substrate, and the oriented transparent electrode substrates are arranged in the same direction. |
