PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an occupant to place a drink on the top surface of a lid in such a state that the occupant sits on a seat, in a housing part structure for a saddle riding type vehicle.SOLUTION: A housing part structure for a saddle riding type vehicle includes: a front cover 130 for covering a front part of a vehicle; a seat, arranged behind the front cover 130, for an occupant to sit thereon; an article housing part 132 provided inside the front cover 130; and a lid 134 for closing an opening part 142 of the article housing part 132 freely to be opened/closed and provided in a vertical wall part of the front cover 130 on a seat side thereof. The lid 134 is arranged to be inclined so as to be positioned forward as it goes outside in the vehicle cross direction when viewed from the top in a state that the article housing part 132 is closed, and has a drink holding recessed part 160 in the top surface 158 of the lid 134 in a state that the lid 134 is opened. The drink holding recessed part 160 is arranged outside in the vehicle cross direction in relation to the center of a vehicle body. |
