PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus able to speedily instruct to perform processing in an initial mode.SOLUTION: A display screen 501 is shown on the display panel of an image forming apparatus. A document icon 511 movable in accordance with a drag operation performed by a user, and function icons 521 to 525 corresponding to specific functions are shown on the display screen 501. When the document icon 511 is drag operated by a user, a determination is made based on the position of the document icon 511, the positions of function icons 521 to 525, and the directionality of the drag operation, whether the operation correlates the document icon 511 and function icons 521 to 525. Before the document icon 511 reaches the function icons 521 to 525, processing for information corresponding to the document icon 511 is performed in specific execution mode by functions corresponding to the function icons 521 to 525 correlated with predetermined execution mode. |
