PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell vehicle capable of performing communication filling only when appropriate communication filling is executable.SOLUTION: A fuel cell vehicle has a pressure sensor and a temperature sensor, a communication system which transmits a data signal generated based on an output from each sensor, a battery, a lid box for protecting a hydrogen introducing inlet for supplying hydrogen inside, a lid switch for detecting a lid open state, and a communication filling ECU which activates a communication system after the lid is opened. The communication filling ECU, in response to a detection of the open state of the lid (S1), determines whether or not it is in a state that activation of the communication system is not allowed, depending on the state of a start prohibition flag composed of a sensor failure flag, a battery voltage reduction flag, and a time-out flag (S2, S4, S5). When the start prohibition flag is ON, the communication system is not started. In contrast, when the start prohibition flag is OFF, the communication system is started. |
