PURPOSE: A heat recovery device and a heating device having the same are provided to increase the time that the heat recovery fluid is exposed to the heat due to a recovery pipe of a zigzag or spiral structure so that the heat inside the heating furnace is efficiently absorbed. CONSTITUTION: A heat recovery device(120) comprises a recovering unit(121) and a driving unit(125). The recovering unit recovers heat from a heating furnace using a heat recovery fluid inside. The driving unit moves the recovering unit to the inside of the heating furnace so that the recovering unit is received inside the heating furnace. |
