A composition for preparing a monodisperse crosslinked polymer particle, and a method for manufacturing a monodisperse crosslinked polymer particle by using the composition are provided to improve the stability of particles in an organic solvent. A composition for preparing a monodisperse crosslinked polymer particle comprises 100 parts by weight of a vinyl-based monomer capable of radical polymerization; 200 ~ 2,000 parts by weight of a solvent based on 100 parts by weight of the vinyl-based monomer; 0.1 ~ 10 parts by weight of a dispersion stabilizer based on 100 parts by weight of the solvent; 0.1 ~ 10 parts by weight of a radical polymerization initiator based on 100 parts by weight of the vinyl-based monomer; and 5 ~ 50 parts by weight of a first crosslinking agent having a degree of crosslinking of 5 wt% or more based on 100 parts by weight of the vinyl-based monomer. |
