PURPOSE: A recycling apparatus of a second generation relay using a notch filter is provided to use the second generation relay as a fourth generation relay by simply remodeling equipment of the second generation relay. CONSTITUTION: A notch type filter is installed on the front side of a surface elastic wave filter of an existing second generation relay. The notch type filter damps a fourth generation frequency band edge. The second generation relay is used as a fourth generation by simply remodeling equipment of the second generation relay. Maintenance and repair and related task employees are easily educated by nearly intactly using the second generation relay.
