PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating agent that has high adhesion to a substrate when formed into a coating film and has sufficient resistance even if subjected to thermal shock treatment and hot water treatment.SOLUTION: A coating agent includes a polyester resin containing a dicarboxylic acid component and a glycol component, a bis(2-oxazoline) compound and an organic solvent. The polyester resin comprises 2-30 mol% of a specific polyoxyalkylene glycol and a weight-average molecular weight, a glass transition temperature and an acid value that are controlled in specific ranges. The equivalent ratio of the oxazolinyl residue of the bis(2-oxazoline) compound to the acid value of the polyester resin and the content ratio of the polyester resin, the bis(2-oxazoline) compound and the organic solvent are controlled in specific ranges. |
