PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation control device for a vehicle, capable of supplying a constantly-proper charging voltage independently of a residual charging amount of a battery without changing an existing harness.SOLUTION: At a time t1, amount-increasing control of a power generation amount for increasing a delay angle amount &thetas;x is started. At a time t2, when the delay angle amount &thetas;x becomes larger than a switching threshold &thetas;ref, and when this state continues for a predetermined step-up determination time period &Dgr;t, at a time t3, step-up control for gradually and monotonously increasing a target regulated voltage Vt at a constant increase rate is started. Thereafter, at a time t6, amount-decreasing control of the power generation amount for reducing the delay angle amount &thetas;x is started. At a time t8, when the delay angle amount &thetas;x becomes lower than the switching threshold &thetas;ref, and when this state continues for a step-down determination time period &Dgr;t, at a time t10, step-down control for gradually and monotonously decreasing the target regulated voltage Vt at a constant decrease rate is started. |
