PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component measurement device and a medical device, securing power normally operating a circuit as thoroughly as possible without using a backup power source even when the internal resistance of a battery has become large.SOLUTION: This component measurement device includes: a measurement part 88 measuring a prescribed component of a body fluid; a voice output control part 108 outputting a voice signal indicating at least a measurement value measured in the measurement part 88 to a speaker 58; a power source supplying power to the measurement part 88 and the voice output control part 108; and a voltage detection part 90 detecting a voltage value Vb of the power source. The voice output control part 108 reduces a voltage level L' of the voice signal according as the voltage value Vb detected by the voltage detection part 90 is reduced from an initial voltage value of the power source. |
