PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel used for various kinds of electronic apparatuses, which is easy to watch display elements displayed on the rear surface thereof and allows a user to reliably perform operation.SOLUTION: At least either one of an upper conductive layer 12 or a lower conductive layer 15 is formed of optical transparency under coat layers 12A and 15A having plural silver thin wires 12B and 15B distributed thereon and over coat layers 12C and 15C covering the same. At least either one of the under coat layers 12A and 15A or the over coat layers 12C and 15C contains black dyes 12D, 15D or a black photochromic dye added thereto to process the under coat layers 12A, 15A and the over coat layers 12C, 15C in a smoked state. Accordingly, incidence of external light with a large light amount like sunlight can be reduced, and reflected light from the silver thin wires 12B, 15B is absorbed to reduce irregular reflection. |
