PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a portable terminal having a dust-proof structure or a water-proof structure to be easily assembled and have a compact shape and high decorativeness with a simple structure using an annular water-proof packing.SOLUTION: A water-proof packing 10 is manufactured by integrally forming a transparent or translucent polycarbonate resin 13 (a resin part) with a transparent or translucent annular silicon rubber 12 (an elastic part). An LED 20 (a lighting part), which allows light to enter into the water-proof packing 10, is provided in a second housing 5 at the inner side relative to the water-proof packing 10. At least a part of the water-proof packing 10 is exposed from an outer peripheral part of the second housing 5. The light from the LED 20 is guided to an exposed portion (a light emitting part 17) of the water-proof packing 10. |
