PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container opening and closing apparatus for opening and closing an outlet by easily positioning a container at a predetermined position, with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A container opening and closing apparatus 2 includes: a butterfly valve 10 provided at an outlet 6 of a bottom part of a container 4 so that it is freely opened and closed around a valve shaft 8; a moving means 12 which is provided below the container at the predetermined position where the container is conveyed and fixed at a position in the horizontal direction, and supports and moves the container up/down; and a valve operating means 16 installed near the moving means, having an operating shaft 13 to which the valve shaft of the butterfly valve of the container raised by the moving means is connected so that it freely fitted, and opens and closes the butterfly valve by operating the connected valve shaft by means of the operating shaft. |
