PURPOSE: An organic waste carbonizing machine, and an organic waste recycling processing method using the same are provided to have excellent carbonizing efficiency by comprising carbonization accelerating material. CONSTITUTION: An organic waste carbonizing machine (100) comprises: a first carbonizing machine (110), a second carbonizing machine (120), a cooling device (130) transferring carbonized material, and an outlet (140). The first carbonizing machine comprises a first transfer screw (111) mixing and transferring the carbonized material. The second carbonizing machine is equipped in the lower side of the first carbonizing machine, and comprises a second transfer screw (121). The outlet connects the first and second carbonizing machines, and connects the second carbonizing machine with the cooling device. The carbonization accelerating material of organic waste is comprised in the first and second carbonizing machines. |
