PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present information which enables a user to easily identify a target object.SOLUTION: A target image acquisition unit 41 acquires an image including a figure of a specific target object as a target image. A target candidate retrieval unit 42 retrieves images similar to the acquired target image as candidate images from a plurality of images recorded in recording means. A candidate information acquisition unit 43 acquires pieces of identification information corresponding to the retrieved candidate images. A display control unit 44 controls an output unit 16 to display the retrieved candidate images. An input unit 17 receives selection of the displayed candidate image input by a user operation. When the candidate image is selected, the display control unit 44 controls the output unit 16 to display the identification information corresponding to the candidate image.
