PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner that has excellent cleanability, improves transfer efficiency, eliminates image defects during respective transfer and outputs images with good reproducibility for a long period, and has low-temperature fixability and high storability under high temperature.SOLUTION: A toner for electrostatic charge image development includes inorganic fine particles as an external additive on the surface of toner base particles including at least a binder resin and a mold release agent. The toner base particles have the BET specific surface area of 2.5 m/g to 5.0 m/g; and the inorganic fine particles contains inorganic fine particles (A) in which at least a plurality of primary particles adhere to each other to form a second particle.
