PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric powder dust detector securing an effective light-receiving area for detecting powder dust by emitting a light, and allowing miniaturization with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A detector includes a casing 1 having a powder dust inflow opening 1a, a light emission part 2 which is disposed in the casing 1 and emits a light toward a detection space facing the powder dust inflow opening 1a of the casing 1, a light reception part 3 which receives a scattered light caused by that the light emitted from the light emission part 2 is reflected by powder dust flowed in from the powder dust inflow opening 1a, and a reflection part 4 having a reflection curved face 4a which is disposed opposite to the light emission part 2 with respect to the detection space in the casing 1 and which reflects the light emitted from the light emission part 2 so as to irradiate, with the reflected light, an area of the detection space larger than an area irradiated with the light emitted from the light emission part 2. |
