The invention relates to a heat pump laundry drying device, such as a washer-dryer or a dryer comprising a base plate, a front wall and rear wall, a rotatable laundry drum arranged in the tub located between the front wall and the rear wall, a heat pump including an evaporator and a condenser, and also a process air fan arranged between the laundry drum and the heat pump, wherein for providing an access to the laundry drum the front wall by way of a seal, the evaporator that is arranged at least partially between the laundry drum and the rear wall; and a condenser that is arranged at least partially above the laundry drum. The invention also relates to a dryer without a tub surrounding the drum. |
